The inspiration, creativity and pleasure of sharing a bottle of wine was at the heart of the Dauphin family’s decision to purchase and develop Allée Bleue. Today the wonderful experience of sharing our fine wine is experienced across the globe.
Our winemaker Van Zyl du Toit has worked his magic in the cellar since he joined Allée Bleue in 2009. His energy, enthusiasm, and craftsmanship have provided the farm with a clear sense of direction for our wines, and a remarkable track record bear testament to the fruits of his labour. Attention to detail throughout the winemaking process is key to producing excellent wines.
Reserve Collection
The Reserve Collection showcases our absolute passion for wine and our ongoing quest for innovation in the cellar. Sourcing grapes from specific sites paves the way to create individual wines with a distinct character and taste . This Series is not about volume, it’s about showcasing the very best of what our cellar, the team and the vineyards can achieve.
Estate Collection
A varietal specific range of wines focused on sourcing the best quality fruit , then producing the best expression of that varietal given the stylistic approach we follow . Respecting the grapes and understanding their style, origin and cultivar is paramount here.
