180 ml Allée Bleue Methode Cap Classique Rosé

4 strawberries

1 t sugar

1 sprig basil

30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

Crushed ice


  1. Blend all the ingredients except the MCC together
  2. Strain into a tall glass or flute with ice
  3. Pour over the MCC
  4. Serve decorated with slices of strawberry and strips of basil.


Serves one.
