We have fertile soils, a modern greenhouse and shade net facilities allowing us to cultivate a wide variety of fine herbs which are used in our Allée Bleue kitchens. Additionally we supply many retail outlets including Food Lovers Market, Spar, Pick n Pay, and Checkers stores across the Western Cape.
The range of herbs include Sweet Basil, Coriander/Dhania, Dill, Fennel, French and Garlic Chives, Rocket (wild and cultivated), Rosemary, Sage, Mint, Thyme, Lemongrass, Oregano, Sorrel, Tatsoi (Spinach Mustard), Watercress, Tarragon and Chervil.

Tours start 10:30am for 11:00am and are followed by a 3 course herb-inspired lunch at Bistro at Allée Bleue - all for R185 per person.
